These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://goablimo.com/ and any booking, transportation, or related services provided by AB Limousine (“Services”). By using the Site or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

Bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Confirmation is provided via email or SMS and contains booking details. Always review your confirmation and notify us promptly of errors.\
Prices shown at booking include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time specified during booking. We accept payments via the methods displayed on the Site.
For card payments, you authorize AB Limousine or its payment processor to charge the designated card for fees and any applicable cancellation or damage charges.
Cancellation and change policies are shown at the time of booking. If none are specified, standard policy allows cancellation up to [24] hours before pickup for full refund (unless otherwise indicated).
Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or changes may be subject to fees equal to all or part of the booking amount.
For flight delays or early arrivals, customers should notify us as soon as possible; waiting-time policies apply as described during booking.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests (e.g., child seats, accessibility needs), but cannot guarantee availability unless confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons or if a passenger’s behavior endangers staff, drivers, or property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate pickup/drop-off locations and timely presence at pickup.
You are responsible for valuables and personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage of personal items unless caused by our gross negligence.
Drivers are independent contractors or employees engaged to provide the transportation. We screen drivers and confirm licensing and insurance as required by law.
We may substitute vehicle types due to operational needs; refunds or credits may be provided if the substitution materially affects the service.
Customers will be responsible for reasonable costs to repair or clean vehicles if excessive damage, stains, or odors occur due to passenger actions.
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy and payment provider timelines. Refund requests can be submitted via info@goablimo.com or by calling +1 403 398-6907.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Limousine’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits), except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AB Limousine and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, suits, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
All content on the Site (text, logos, images, designs) is owned or licensed by AB Limousine. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Our Privacy Policy (available at https://goablimo.com/privacy-policy/ or linked on the Site) explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our Services you consent to such collection and use.
We may modify these Terms; changes take effect when posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, weather, natural disasters, acts of government, etc.). In such events we will attempt to offer alternatives where feasible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta, Canada. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes may be pursued in court.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
